Nicky Hilton's not the one to cause drama in the family, that's for sure. While sister Paris drew a huge crowd as she left The Ivy-- just how she likes it-- Nicky was free to leave more or less unfettered. We caught her digging in her gorg red purse as she headed out of the restaurant in her sister's paparazzi wake.
