Paris Hilton grabbed some McD's this time around: no In-N-Out this time! Perhaps she's trying to bulk up after her skinny-minny pictures came out? After sitting in traffic for two hours (and probably listening to her newest musical collaborations with Benji), she worked up a medium-sized thirst. Bottoms up!
